Pump Shack - stylish and safe!
The majority of filtration covers have a big wooden or metal lid hinged at the rear. The large lids need to be raised well above your head to gain access so a gust of wind or a retaining hook failure could help deliver a mind numbing whack on your head. Cubbyhose has removed this danger completely by using PVC fabric as a cover. The fabric cover is attached at the rear and tensioned by shock cord at the front, a little similar to a tarp on a ute. The fabric is easy to fold out of the way for maintenance. The massive access provided by this method provides you with plenty of room to move with no sharp edges and you will never need worry about a bulky lid crashing down on you while you work.

We chose to style cubbyhose on the popular technique of tensioning fabric panels within metal frames, a method used extensively in boating, outdoor dining and resorts. We discovered this relaxing style won instant approval from pool owners and had the additional benefit of exceptional flow through ventilation to keep your equipment cool.
Pump Shack is available in one size which will fit the majority of pool pumps and filters. It is very important to check that your equipment will fit within the given dimensions before placing an order. If your pool chlorinator is positioned too high it is a simple matter to lower the unit as it is usually attached by just two screws. If you are about to have your pool installed you should ask your installer to ensure your filtration equipment fits within a cubbyhose.
The supplied allen key is all that you will require to fully assemble a cubbyhose. The fabric panels are attached as the frame is assembled by means of a series of webbing loops, zip ties and Velcro tabs.
Pump Shack must be mounted on level ground and attached to a solid, vertical wall or fence. There are two sturdy mounting points provided in the gussets of the top rear corners.
The PVC fabric panels are UV treated and double stitched along the hems. We have selected two colours, light-sand and olive-green to blend with swimming pool décor.
